What Do I have to do?

Well, firstly, you don't have to meet any targets. You will have NO SET TARGETS - this is YOUR business and it can be as flexible as you want it to be. Of course to be successful you will want to set some goals for yourself and we can help you there with some great incentive schemes and comprehensive training.

So, decide when, where and how often you want to work. There are no minimum or maximum contracted hours - you work as little or as much as you like, which means you can always fit your business around your family and other commitments.

Decide how much guidance and advice you need. There is always plenty to get involved with, learn about the business at training sessions, both meeting and virtual. Your mentor will always be at the end of a phone line or email too.

What's in it for me?

Financially, you earn 24%-26% commission on everything you sell from day one. Build a team of Usborne Organisers, and as your business grows, your commission can increase to 31%, plus cash bonuses.

You are in control of your working hours and make your own commitments, allowing flexibility around your family and any existing work commitments.

You choose how and where to run your business, if you would like to specialise in selling to schools or just visit local toddler groups or a combination, more importantly your business can evolve with your family to suit.
